Write to Publish: Writing Book Reviews In-Person
A book review is a popular choice for graduate students aiming to make their first solo entry into scholarly publishing. Whether you're considering reviewing a book or simply want to learn how it's done, this workshop is for you. We'll discuss how to identify a suitable book to review, communicate with a journal editor, as well as explore the structure and key rhetorical elements of an outstanding book review.
This workshop will be held in person in McLaughlin Library, Room 384. You will receive a reminder 1-2 days before the event.
