Space Availability - Graduate Student Study Rooms

Graduate Student Study Rooms are available to all currently enrolled graduate students at U of G.

Bookings are available on a first-come, first-served basis, during the library's operating hours.

• You can book two days in advance.
• Rooms are booked in half hour increments.
• You may use the rooms for a maximum of four hours per day.
• You may only have one room booked at a time. Once you book a room you will not be able to book another until your existing booking has passed or you cancel your existing booking.
• You will receive an email confirming your time slot.

Please note that all rooms are unlocked. Please do not leave your valuable items unattended and make sure you take them with you when you leave.
