Space Availability - Graduate Student Study Rooms

Important information

Graduate Student Study Rooms are only available to currently enrolled graduate students at U of G.

Bookings are available on a first-come, first-served basis, during the library's operating hours.

• You can only book rooms a maximum of two days in advance: for today, tomorrow, or the day after. If you'd like to book a room outside of this window, try again closer to your desired booking date.
• Each booking can be made in half hour increments up to a maximum of four hours.
• You may have a maximum of two bookings per day.
• You may have a maximum of 24 hours of bookings per week.
• You will receive an e-mail confirming your time slot. Keep your e-mail confirmation (you can use this to kindly ask people to vacate if necessary).
• Please note that all rooms are unlocked. Please do not leave your valuable items unattended and make sure you take them with you when you leave.
