Space Availability - Study Rooms

Important information

• You can only book rooms a maximum of two days in advance: for today, tomorrow, or the day after. If you'd like to book a room outside of this window, try again closer to your desired booking date.
• You may only have one room booked at a time. Once you book a room you will not be able to book another until your existing booking has passed, or you cancel your existing booking.
• You may use the rooms for a maximum of four hours per day.
• Rooms are booked in half hour increments.
• You will receive an e-mail confirming your time slot. Keep your e-mail confirmation (you can use this to kindly ask people to vacate if necessary).
• Please note that all rooms are unlocked. Please do not leave your valuable items unattended and make sure you take them with you when you leave.
• Study rooms are not available to alumni or community borrowers.
