Starting the week of September 28th, current University of Guelph faculty, staff, and students may book an appointment to use materials from Archival & Special Collections in our Reading Room.
Booking an appointment:

Appointments are available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-3 p.m

To ensure access to all those who need to use our materials, please only book one appointment per week
After you book your appointment:

We will follow up with you to book a short virtual consultation in advance of your appointment (required):

to help you identify the materials you’d like to see during your appointment

to review our new Reading Room protocols

If you have not yet done so, please register as a researcher with us

If you already know what you’d like to see during your appointment, you can request the items

Please note that we must receive your request for materials by 4:30 p.m. on the Wednesday of the week prior to your appointment
