Open Scholarship and RDM Brown Bag Series: Depositing data in the U of G Research Data Repositories. Online
Are you curious about the University of Guelph Research Data Repositories (housed in Borealis, The Canadian Dataverse Repository)? In this brown bag, participants will develop an understanding of the key repository features that support FAIR data (findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable data). Participants will also gain hands-on experience using the repository platform by performing a guided dataset submission using Borealis’ demo repository.
At the end of this presentation, you should be able to:
- Understand the relationship between the U of G Research Data Repositories and the broader data deposit landscape in Canada.
- List key features of the Data Repositories.
- Describe the data deposit process for the Data Repositories.
