English Pronunciation - Walking and Talking Together In-Person
New for Fall 2022!
This 6-session in-person pronunciation workshop is designed to help speakers with English as an Additional Language (EAL) improve their English conversation skills.
We will start each session with a short lesson inside the library to work on various pronunciation skills within dialogues and conversations.
Then we’ll spend the rest of the time outside, visiting different parts of the university to apply those pronunciation skills. We might walk to the sculpture park, greenhouses, food trucks, or the arboretum, weather permitting.
Bring water and wear walking shoes.
To ensure safety, we’re limiting registration so students can socially distance in the classroom.
*Note: The sessions are all different, and students can sign up for as many as they wish to attend.
