Thriving in Action: Making Connections in University Online
Feeling a sense of connection is directly linked not only with positive well-being but with academic success. Connectedness helps reduce major risk factors that can be barriers to scholastic thriving. This workshop will support the development of connection with ourselves, with friends and family, and with our campus.
The Thriving in Action workshop series will help you move from languishing to flourishing throughout your time in university. Build motivation, optimism, and resilience, and learn how to integrate those skills into your work as a student. In each workshop, you will learn both wellness and learning strategies that will help you be the student you want to be. Join us for one or all five workshops and learn how to thrive.
Workshops are offered online and will be delivered via Zoom. This program is offered by the Library and Student Wellness.
All participants will be entered in a draw for one of 2 gift certificates valued at $25. Attend all five workshops, and your name will be entered five times. If you attend all five workshops, you can request a letter of recognition for your participation.
