Virtual Chair Yoga and Mindfulness Online
Get your body moving without even leaving your chair! By taking a study break, moving your body, and practicing mindfulness, you’ll come back to your studies refreshed and refocused. Please use a chair without wheels and have a sweater or blanket nearby.
