Virtual Yoga Online
Join the library for a virtual yoga session! The combined benefits of moving your body and practicing mindfulness through yoga will help you refocus your mind and study more effectively. All you need is a yoga mat or towel and clothes you can move around in and anything else that would make your practice cozy.
