In Person Thriving in Action: Finding Balance

In Person in March! Join us in the library!

How do we find a balance between being a student, a worker, a friend, a family member? How do we find joy in our many roles? In this Thriving in Action session, we will explore how we can integrate the many facets of our lives together. We will identify habits that help us thrive and learn practical time management strategies to help us build new habits.  

The Thriving in Action workshop series will help you move from languishing to flourishing throughout your time in university. Join us for one or all four workshops and learn how to thrive. All participants will be entered in a draw for one of 2 gift certificates valued at $25. Attend all four workshops, and your name will be entered four times.

If you attend all four workshops, you can obtain a letter of recognition for your participation.

Pending public health guidelines, this workshop may move online. Registrants will be notified.
