Most of us can hold on to old habits, even those that hold us back. We might try the same studying routines again and again even though we’re not getting the marks or confident exam-writing experiences that we really long for. In this workshop, we will focus on building new habits, letting go of non-beneficial ones, and bringing more awareness and efficiency to our studying.
Thriving in Action Workshop Series
Want to do better and be better as a student? The Thriving in Action workshop series will help you move from languishing to flourishing throughout your time in university.
- Learn new strategies in managing your time and studying effectively.
- Build skills in motivation, optimism, and resilience.
In each workshop, you will learn both wellness and learning strategies that will help you be the student you want to be. Join us for one or all five workshops and learn how to thrive. This program is offered by the Library and Student Wellness.
All participants will be entered in a draw for one of 2 gift certificates valued at $25. Attend all four workshops, and your name will be entered four times. If you attend all four workshops, you can obtain a letter of recognition for your participation.
