Control Academic Stress: Planning and Prioritizing In-Person

In this live online workshop, you will learn practical planning and prioritization strategies to help achieve school-work-life balance and to help prepare for exams. The workshop will also review tools to use for short-term and long-term planning.

The workshop will be held on Zoom and you will receive an email with log-in information about one hour before the workshop.
