Data Skills: Visualizing Data with Excel Charts and Pivot Tables In-Person

Excel is a popular tool that provides many powerful features that can assist you in managing your data and help you to better understand small and large data sets. While not as robust as other data visualization tools, it can be used for visualizing your data through its charting features.  Come learn how to create charts using Pivot tables.

By the end of this workshop you will be able to:

  • Understand the difference between a data list and a data table
  • Manipulate your data using filters
  • Understand the value of Pivot Tables
  • Create charts manually and with Pivot Tables

Software / Account Requirements:

Download and install the latest version of Excel.
