Calling all aspiring authors! The Bookshelf and Downtown Guelph Business Association, two sponsors of the Writers Workshop, would like to host a pre-event in beautiful downtown Guelph.

Join us at the iconic Bookshelf at 41 Quebec Street.  Meet presenters and writers, exchange ideas and get inspired!

Start your evening in The Bookshelf’s Bookstore where you can pick up your session tickets in advance, peruse books by local authors and Writers Workshop presenters, and activate your complimentary Bookshelf membership card. Members of The Bookshelf enjoy 10% off books and a $3 savings off the purchase of movie tickets.

Then, join us upstairs in the Greenroom. Welcoming remarks are at 6pm, followed by an informal mix and mingle. Engage in conversations with presenters (learn about their books, classes, and other talents), meet other aspiring authors, and enjoy free appetizers, courtesy of Greenroom.
