S2 Speaker Series: Data, Storytelling and Social Justice

This talk will challenge you to think about the intersections of data and social justice. How can data be used to tell stories about injustice and help make the case for change? How do today’s state and corporate data systems perpetuate systemic inequities? How does our relationship with data change as a function of our social position and privilege? This talk will explore these questions and present some
case studies and examples for each.
