Control Academic Stress: Procrastination and Perfectionism
Procrastination and perfectionism are common challenges for many students. In this session, we'll discuss the links between procrastination and perfectionism, identify strategies to decrease procrastination, and learn techniques for managing perfectionism.
Participants in all four workshops in the Control Academic Stress series will receive a letter of recognition for their participation. Other workshops in this series are:
- Coping with Exam Anxiety on Tuesday, November 13, 1:00-2:00 pm
- Planning and Prioritizing on Tuesday, November 20, 1:00-2:00 pm
- Learning from Failure on Tuesday, November 27, 1:00-2:00 pm
Can't make the workshop? We are also offering Procrastination and Perfectionism on Friday, November 9, at 12:30 pm. At any time of the year, you can book an appointment to receive confidential, individualized support on the topics discussed in the Control Academic Stress workshop series.
