Living Change: Witness to an Emerging Digital Ecosystem

Bill Bowen is the Chair of the Department of Arts, Culture and Media at the University of Toronto Scarborough. His interests focus on speculative musical thought from Antiquity to the Renaissance, with specific focus on harmonic science and its implications for Renaissance culture. His most recent publications include The Library of the Sidneys of Penshurst Place (2013), Renaissance Studies and New Technologies (2008) and Platonic Theology (2001-06). Bowen is the founding director of Iter: Gateway to the Middle Ages and Renaissance, and the co-editor of the book series New Technologies in Medieval and Renaissance Studies.
